Yes, we need access to your home to provide pet care. Most clients provide a spare key during the meet and greet, use a key safe, or use a lockbox. All key arrangements are agreed during your free meet and greet, and alarm codes are stored encrypted for your security.
Absolutely! The meet and greet is always free and always required before any paid service. It's our chance to meet your pets, learn their routines, walk through your home, and make sure everyone is comfortable. There's no obligation to book after the meet and greet.
Your pet's safety is our absolute priority. We carry your vet's details and your pet's medical information with us at all times. In an emergency, we'll seek immediate veterinary attention and contact you straight away. All clients sign an emergency veterinary authorisation as part of onboarding.
Yes! We care for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and other small animals. In fact, pet sitting is ideal for cats and small animals who can't easily be moved from their home environment.
Every visit includes photo updates, feeding and medication confirmations, and wellness check summaries. For overnight stays, you'll also receive daily SMS updates. After each visit, you'll get a detailed report card, and at the end of multi-night stays, a comprehensive summary report.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for school holidays, Christmas, and bank holiday weekends. We can usually accommodate bookings with at least 48 hours' notice, but peak periods often book out months ahead.

Absolutely. We offer subscription packages for regular pop-in visits — perfect for working professionals who need daily or weekday care for their pets. Subscriptions offer a discounted rate compared to individual bookings.
Multi-pet households benefit from reduced rates for additional pets. All pets in the same household are cared for during the same visit, so you get great value while each pet receives individual attention.
For standard bookings: 72+ hours before gives a full refund, 48-72 hours gives 50%, and less than 48 hours is non-refundable. For extended stays of 3+ nights, different windows apply — full details are shown during booking.
