Visit records: GPS check-in/check-out data, feeding logs, medication administration records, wellness checks, and photographs taken during visits.
Weight tracking data: For pets on diet plans or elderly pets, we may record weight at each visit to track trends.

Alarm Codes and Home Access

Alarm codes, key safe codes, and other sensitive home access information are encrypted at rest in our database. This information is only accessible to your assigned pet sitter during an active visit. It cannot be viewed before or after a visit.

Photographs

Photographs taken during visits are used in your private care timeline and visit report cards. These photos are only visible to you and are never shared publicly.

Sitter Safety Features

For overnight stays, our sitter safety features may record check-in times and send automated safety notifications to our sitter's emergency contact. No continuous GPS tracking of the sitter occurs.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you have an active account. Visit records and care logs are retained for 3 years after your last booking. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
